There is a great saying: "Failing to prepare is preparing to fail".

Before diving straight into your 7 Rays, there is some suggested prepwork and goal setting in the Journal that is worth doing, to give yourself the best chance at success (especially if you are looking to integrate long-term results, healthier habits and transformation that lasts). 

Step 2. Download Your Resources.

These will be your go-to tools to lean on, whenever you face challenges, need inspiration, feel lack of energy or are struggling with negative thoughts or emotions.

This challenge is designed to empower you to lead yourself - as real change requires self discipline and self leadership.

However, always remember that you are never alone. Your angels, guides and God are here to support you with anything- call on them and ask them for help whenever you need. Nothing is too big or small of an ask.
