TERMS & CONDITIONS

By using www.TheGreatLightGarden.com or purchasing any service, subscription, ticket or digital product, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services Offered

We offer digital courses, spiritual services, group programs, and live online events through our website. These are intended for personal spiritual development only (not intended as financial, medical or psychological advice).

2. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Keep your login details secure

  • Not share your account or purchased materials

Your account will subscribe you to our mailing list, which you may leave at any time.

3. Refund & Rescheduling Policy

All sales are final.
No refunds are offered on digital products, subscriptions, events, or services.
However, if you’ve booked a 1:1 service, you may reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice.

4. Client Agreement

When booking a service, you will be asked to sign a digital agreement that protects both you and The Great Light Garden Un Ltd. Failure to agree will cancel the service.

If you have not purchased a service that includes direct 1:1 on-going support with one of our practitioners, you can not private message, email or text them directly asking questions and demanding responses. 

5. Respectful Conduct

By engaging with our site, you agree to:

  • Treat our team and community with respect

  • Refrain from spreading false claims or slander

  • Not publicly share private service content, materials, or any teachings without written permission

Any breach of this may result in account suspension and legal action if necessary.

6. Starting A Subscription

When starting your subscription, you have the freedom to choose your start / billing date. Please ensure you have scheduled the date at least the day before our weekly group call so that you can make that weeks call. For example, if our weekly calls are on Wednesdays, you must set your start date for the Tuesday before (latest) to be invited into that week's call. If you set your start date for Wednesday (the same day as the call), you will have to wait for the following Wednesday for your first call to account for the administration time it takes to set up your account and give you all relevant access. This is clearly written in the subscriptions Policy that you must agree to before making payment.

7. Subscription Cancellation

You are free to cancel your subscription at anytime, however please note that once the subscription has been cancelled, all access to your course content and group is removed as soon as your plan ends. We can not reinstate any plans, if you want to change your plan, upgrade your plan or get back onto an old plan, that is something only you can do on your end via the 'My Subscriptions' page in your account settings. If you are upgrading or downgrading your plan, please ensure you have cancelled your original plan first otherwise the system might try to bill you for both memberships.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials on this site - including videos, meditations, writings, artwork, and spells - belong to The Great Light Garden Un Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Disclaimer

Our offerings are for spiritual, entertainment and educational purposes only. They are not medical, psychological, or financial advice, and when you purchase a product or service with us, you take full responsibility for your own health, wellness, decisions and actions. Please always consult a professional where needed.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by UK law.
